1. What this service is

EkorIQ is a subscription analytics service. We index the results published by Magnum 4D, Sports Toto and Da Ma Cai after each draw, and provide statistical analysis of that record, including ranked sets of number combinations scored on how closely they match historical patterns.

2. What this service is not

We are not a bookmaker, betting agent, lottery operator, ticket seller or payment intermediary for any wager. We do not accept bets, place bets, or handle stake money. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Magnum Corporation Berhad, Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn Bhd or Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn Bhd (Da Ma Cai). Operator names are used solely to identify whose published results are being analysed.

3. No prediction, no guarantee

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Each 4D draw is an independent random event.
• Every one of the 10,000 combinations has a 1 in 10,000 chance on every draw, regardless of any historical pattern.
• No analysis, model or selection method offered by us can increase your chance of winning or alter the expected value of a bet.
• On the published prize tables, a Big bet returns approximately 64 sen and a Small bet approximately 65 sen for every ringgit staked over the long run.
• Our "suggested numbers" are a ranking of pattern fit for information and entertainment. They are not advice to bet, and not a forecast.
• We make no representation, warranty or guarantee of any winnings, and we accept no liability for any loss you incur from betting.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to hold an account. In Malaysia, participation in licensed 4D games is not permitted for Muslims. You are responsible for complying with all laws and rules that apply to you, including any restriction on gambling arising from your religion, your state, or your employment. If betting is unlawful for you, do not use the paid tiers of this service.

5. Your account

Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not resell, redistribute or republish our analysis, or access it by automated means outside the VIP API. One account per person.

6. Payment, renewal and refunds

• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and shown before you pay.
• Subscriptions run for the period stated on the plan and do not renew unless you leave auto-renewal on. You can switch it off in the portal at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Cooling-off: a full refund within 7 days of a first payment on any plan, provided you have generated fewer than three pick sets.
• After that window, we do not refund part-used periods, because the analysis has already been delivered.
• We refund in full, without question, any charge you did not authorise.
• Losses from betting are never grounds for a refund. We sell analysis; we never sold you an outcome.

7. Privacy

We collect only what the service needs: your name, email, an optional mobile number, your password stored as a scrypt hash, your subscription and payment records, your watchlist, and technical session data (IP address and browser string) for security.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not share it with lottery operators. We share it with a payment gateway only to the extent needed to take your payment, and with authorities where the law requires it. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account; deletion removes personal data but we retain the minimum transaction records that tax and accounting rules require.

Processing is on the basis of performing our contract with you, and for security, our legitimate interest. Handling is intended to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 — confirm the detail of your compliance obligations with your own adviser.

8. Availability

We aim to publish updated analysis before each draw, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Published results are sourced from the operators; if an operator corrects a result, our analysis updates with it.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, for sharing or reselling access, for automated scraping, for abuse of staff, or where we are required to. Where we close an account without cause, we refund the unused part of the period.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for betting losses, lost winnings, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Responsible play

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
